Shit cracked sleeves or broken connecting rod bolts is the common problem. Gotta have a good tune and you can easily avoid it, plus get compression check before you even buy the motor

Dude "turbo" is thrown around too loosely. If you have full suspension and a gt28rs with ramhorn manifold you can be hitting peak hp at 3rd gear, which is suitable for off the line racing. If you have a gt35 its obviously going to be built and tuned for 40mph roll on. And like the other dude said you gotta know how to drive it, brace the steering wheel really tight and keep the wheels straight.

Is there no way to get an integra to run smooth when turboed? the car is fast but it can easily loose off the line. Does anyone haveany advice? I have a 97 gsr but im afraid to turbo it due to traction issues ive witnessed with others.

They don't fit. That is a first gen Skunk2 manifold, they don't look like that anymore, but they used to look like stock ITR manifolds. Good eye.

Good deal. So, ITR intake manis fit on GSR heads?? I've been told SEVERAL times that they don't. Are these people just retarded or does it just require modification?

I spent 8 grand on EVERYTHING. I got all new top of the line parts though. You could make this much power for 5-6 grand.

Yeah that was one of my first boosted runs, I hadn't gotten used to the lack of traction yet. My shifting was fine, I just hadn't yet learned throttle control with those crappy all season tires. |
