well first of all, you have to start with years, and year of exp. Secondly, you need 10k of machining tools. thirdly there are sites around that sell plans if you need help.

Go check out Conley Precision. He makes even smaller ones, that are in RC cars. Mind you, they cost more than a full sized car!
