lol how is it not? if you say it does not shoot high def on slowmo, which i would agree with, why are the files that i pull off 1440x1080? that is an example of scaling.

alright.....it's not a matter of scaling, but ok.
airman8685 (January 1, 1970 at 8:59 am)
like i said, whether it scales it or not is beyond me. all i said was the FILES i pulled off of the camera were 1440x1080.

Sony hdr-sr5? no it doesn't. the aspect ratio still is the same as hd clips but its not hd. the camera is capturing in 250fps, its just not the same resolution
airman8685 (January 1, 1970 at 8:59 am)
my sr5 outputs my slowmo clips at 1440x1080res - which is the same as all of the other "high def" clips i've taken from the camera. whether it scales it or not is beyond me.

its definitely not hd. i think its sd or even lower. the color still will look good tho

i dont think it can be changed. is set by the camera hardware.

Do you know how to record the Slow Smooth Motion longer than 3 seconds (default). i want to extend the duration of Slow motion but i dont know how. If you know please show me how

thanks for the response...does the slow motion mode record in HD or only standard def? and could you describe the quality of the video because its put up on youtube? thanks

yes, it is tricky to use and the Fozus doesnot seem to do well in autofocus mode . i have to try manual focus but still it is very cool. |
