Hmmm. I see your point. Different in that aspect, but what about car craft? The trouble with comparing past and present drivers is that the cars are so different. Lewis was used to non electronic cars before he stepped up. If McLaren broke out one of Ayrton's old cars for Lewis to drive and he lapped within 1 second or 2-3 tenths on any of those old tracks, would that sway you? Say, the 91 car. At Silverstone, he was on the ragged edge of the limit in qualifying. His first run was quick....

........but Ayrton's 2nd qualifying lap was eventually beaten by Mansell, but Ayrton's car had non active suspension and a non paddle shift gearbox and no traction control. The FW 14 had all these things. I have that footage on video tape. If you can get hold of it, try and see it. For me, it was the best qualifying lap I have ever seen. Ayrton had the car dancing, like it was on rails. Nigle just sat there and pressed the pedal to the floor.

She is more than likely flattered by the fact that he is so admiring of Ayrton. Look at the two of them in interviews. They are clearly nothing alike. Lewis is this squeaky clean, do anything to please the cameras and always putting on a smile when he sees them and absolutely craves the attention. whereas Ayrton really didnt like the cameras or the spotlight and always did his own thing. Hamilton says what he thinks he should say. He is nothing like Senna aside from a yellow helmet.

He actually apologised shortly after using the word monkeys, feeling that it was maybe the wrong word to say. If you are talking about the Vettel Webber crash last year, Vettel dived to the inside and took out Webber. Vettel was just too close. If Ayrton's sister commes out and says Lewis reminds her of her dead brother, who are we to doubt that. Surely she would know of all people ?

plenty of reasons including calling backmarkers monkeys when he walked straight into the best car on the grid yet he cant even control a pace car situation properly and caused a crash behind him. Claiming no one can pass him on the outside, trying to draw comparrisons with Senna at every available opportunity. There is an endless stream of arrogance from him. He defines the word dickhead.

because i dont like the way he acted after winning the championship, he was really cocky or something, im not one of the people that hates lewis for no reason, i really supported him through the 2007 season and was dissapointed he didnt win but as 2008 progressed i began to dislike him, dickhead was perhaps a bit strong though, hees not quite on the same level as alonso ;)
