I agree from what I know of him he probably cant cut it on the outside, the general pooint I was making was that the justice system didn't treat this case fairly. Whether you heard enough of people accusing the establishment of lying in the 60's or not doesnt make it a false accusation. Apathy is such an ugly personality trait.

When Grogan was giving his little spiel in the film "manson", I thought..."this is manson speaking"...right down to the gibberish talk...zip-zap ring a ding! Also...much the same with Bruce Davis. It is a good example of the influence manson had on them. Although I do think the judge exagerated grogan's idiocy...I still don't think he was the sharpest tool in the shed.

No, Manson even admitted to it in the book called "Manson In His Own Words", stating that he went back to the house later that night with someone else from the group (but he wouldnt say who it was). He admitted leaving the glasses to confuse the investigation. I think his partner that night was Clem, but Ive also seen it speculated that it might have been Brenda. However, blood evidence showed that Tate and Sebring were probably moved around, so they'd have had to be someone fairly strong.
