The fd2 uses a different final drive than the dc5, that gives it an edge over it,4.7 in the dc5 to 5.1 in the fd2

DC5 looks better. the civic is a little faster due to it being lighter.

DC5-Rs/EP3-Rs(unless you're in UK) do have LSD...FD2s have a bit higher compression ratio than the DC5-Rs

I'd take a FD2. The DC5 has always looked girly to me just like the Celica.
