Yes, somewhat but try the spartan workout, 30 reps for each exersise and a total of 300 reps in all, its what got me a six pack.

I dont think this particualar circuit will. It is good but if your looking for fat burning I would do something more intense.youtube and google "ross boxing" or "ross training"

do all 6 in a row rest 30 or 60 seconds and do it all again another 3 times.. so a total of 4 sets.or do all 6 in a row, no rest and do 4 sets.
